Pharmacy Senior Assistant Technical Officer

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality Pharmacy services across a variety of specialties, supporting patient care and clinical excellence.

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who thrives both as part of a team and when working independently. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Main duties of the job
  • Support services within the pharmacy department including the Dispensary, Procurement, Oncology, Trials and Homecare
  • Work as part of the near patient dispensing team supplying medication to patients both during their stay and at point of discharge on the ward
  • Provide advice to patients regarding their medication once fully trained

Previous pharmacy experience would be of benefit, however we welcome applications from those with no previous experience as full training will be given.
