A prominent NHS organization is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Digital and Informatics Lead to spearhead digital transformation across pharmacy services. Job summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Pharmacy Digital and Informatics Lead to provide senior leadership in the delivery of digital transformation across pharmacy services. This post is open to both registered Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
At Band 8a, the postholder will lead the operational delivery and optimisation of pharmacy digital systems.
At Band 8b, the post holder will have significant experience in previous management of digital systems, have a proven track record in leadership and will have a broader strategic remit, shaping digital medicines strategy across the organisation or system, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading complex transformation programmes.
This role is critical to ensuring digital systems support safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines while aligning with national digital and medicines optimisation priorities.
