Wells & Co. invites an experienced Telesales Team Lead to support the Head of Telesales in guiding a customer-focused sales team across our pharmacy customers. You will coach colleagues, drive performance, and maintain exceptional service levels in a fast-paced market.

In this role you will foster continuous improvement, build strong cross-functional relationships, and lead the team when the Head of Telesales is on holiday. A proactive, results-driven leader is a must.

Formación

• Experience in pharmacy/healthcare telesales.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in Navision ERP and advanced Excel reporting.
• Customer-focused with strong sales journey skills.
• Ability to resolve customer queries and complaints.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Telesales in leading the team to achieve sales targets.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships with field sales teams.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Assist in leading daily tasks such as stuck orders, offers, and redistribution of call-sheets.
• Coach and motivate team members via call reviews and sales reviews.
• Assist team members in dealing with queries/complaints.
• Lead the team in the Head of Telesales' absence.
