Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
• Healthcare / Medical / Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales coaching experience, with the ability to coach and mentor sales colleagues while continuing to deliver personal field sales performance.
• Excellent presentation and selling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task between numerous tools and applications.
• Willingness to travel to support customer engagements and key sales delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Coverage of an agreed territory to develop Pharmacists value-based interactions aligned to national and regional strategy.
• Act as a team leader/player-coach, 50% field activity and 50% coaching and supporting the wider salesforce.
• Provide regular field coaching, feedback and best-practice sharing to enhance team capability.
• Deliver on a well-defined business plan within budget and agreed timelines.
• Deliver other key performance indicators as directed.
• Use of CRM system to support planning, sequential selling and territory analysis.
• Educate Pharmacists on the safe, appropriate and effective use of the products and the future portfolio.
• Regular interaction at regional and national team meetings to drive a culture of collaboration and best practice.
• Comply with all SOPs and codes of ethical practice and local regulations.
• Willingness to travel to support customer engagements and key sales delivery activities.
