Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Supervisory leader to guide the shop floor team, delivering warm, brand-aligned customer experiences and supporting day-to-day performance. You will act as a key link between the team and management, turning priorities into practical actions while modelling confident people leadership.

You will coach colleagues, champion our brand values, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture focused on service excellence and commercial results across trading hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service-led environment.
• Ability to inspire through warmth, communication and example.
• Confident and proactive with a solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver warm, personal, and brand-led experiences.
• Coach and support colleagues, giving in-the-moment feedback and developing capability.
• Support onboarding and training of new starters and reinforce brand standards.
• Balance operational tasks with maintaining excellent service and store presentation.
• Escalate issues clearly to store management and share customer insights.
