Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in target-driven environments.
• Proven coaching ability to improve team performance and develop talent.
• Strong KPI tracking, data interpretation and improvement planning.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of inbound and outbound sales teams.
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor productivity.
• Deliver structured coaching and regular 1:1 sessions.
• Translate targets into team priorities and individual goals.
• Analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality customer interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to shape sales strategy and processes.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of staff.
