Together, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking a driven Telesales Team Manager to build and lead a new customer loyalty team. You will coach telesales executives, drive target achievement, and manage performance through data-driven strategies while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

You will oversee planning, coaching, and campaign execution to deliver revenue growth and ensure compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a telesales or contact centre sales environment.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Be single minded in your desire to 'make the sale'.
• Build, lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent achievement of conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue targets.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
