Job summary

Vets for Pets Ilkeston is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will greet clients with their pets, provide guidance on our services, and ensure smooth bookings and payments at the Ilkeston practice.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with 1 in 4 Saturdays. Prior veterinary admin/reception experience is preferred but not essential, and computer literacy is a must as booking is done online.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary or medical admin/reception experience is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, providing support, guidance and expertise.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines of the practice using our online booking system.
