Job summary

Vets for Pets in Nuneaton is looking for a friendly Client Care Advisor to join our team. You will be the welcoming face for clients and their pets, linking them with the clinical team and guiding them through services and bookings.

Your role includes managing payments and coordinating the day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, including one in three Saturdays, with both early and late shifts.

Qualifications

• Greet clients and provide guidance on practice services.
• Calm, attentive service focused on client needs.
• Comfort clients during difficult news and celebrate pets' visits.
• Willing to work early/late shifts including Saturdays.
• Ability to manage payments and bookings using the online system.
