Job summary

Vets for Pets Maidenhead is seeking a friendly client services assistant to join our team and support clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.

You will greet clients, guide them through our services, manage payments and bookings, and serve as the link between clients and the clinical team in a busy practice. The role offers flexible full- or part-time hours, with daily shifts from 08:30 to 19:00.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
• You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• You can provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets on arrival and offer support, guidance and expertise.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines of the practice using the online booking system.
• Build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team.
