Job summary

Vets for Pets Keighley is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will greet clients and their pets, provide guidance on our services, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the practice.

This full-time position involves 40 hours per week, including some Saturday shifts on a rota. Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate, with prior receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience desirable.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.
• Computer literacy is a must to manage bookings and payments.
• Friendly, welcoming presence for clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide support, guidance and expertise.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
