You’ll handle bookings, payments and inquiries, acting as the link between clients and the clinical team while maintaining a calm, efficient environment suitable for pets and their people.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience working in a veterinary practice or receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, friendly face greeting clients and their pets.
• Provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
• Act as the vital link between clients and the clinical team.
• Manage bookings, payments, and enquiries confidently.
• Keep the practice running smoothly using our online booking system.
• Offer reassurance, guidance, and support whether celebrating a new puppy visit or comforting a worried owner.
