Vets for Pets Poole Holes Bay Practice is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. You will be the welcoming face for clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth check-in and a positive first impression.

You will manage bookings and payments, assist with daily routines using our online booking system, and deliver exceptional client service in a busy practice. The role is 26.5 hours per week with four variable shifts and one in four Saturdays; prior reception experience is

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary reception or a similar reception role is advantageous.
• Greet clients and their pets and manage bookings and payments.
• Be calm, attentive and client-focused, with strong team spirit.
• Computer literacy and use of our online booking system are required.
