Vets for Pets Rayleigh is recruiting a Client Care Advisor to welcome clients and support our veterinary team. You will greet clients, process payments, and book appointments, serving as the friendly face of the practice so every visit feels welcoming and efficient.

This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends, including Saturday 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am–4pm; flexibility and a customer-first approach are valued.

• Previous experience in a veterinary setting or customer care environment is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable individual who enjoys being the welcoming face of the practice.
