Poole Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly front desk team member to welcome clients and their pets. You will guide clients, handle payments, and manage bookings, contributing to a smooth, positive visit.

The role is part-time, with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 or 2 in 4 rotation, and opportunities for additional hours in the future. Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Role similar to front desk receptionist in vet practice.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with booking and payments is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and their pets at arrival.
• Provide guidance on services and available options.
• Handle payments and future bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day practice routines using the booking system.
