Job summary

Vets for Pets Middlesbrough seeks a friendly client services advisor to greet clients and assist with bookings, acting as the liaison between clients and the clinical team to deliver exceptional service.

This is a Full Time role, 35 hours per week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays. You will handle payments, guide clients through services, and use our online booking system to keep the practice running smoothly.
