Job summary

Vets for Pets in Huntingdon is seeking a friendly Client Care Advisor to join our team. We offer part- and full-time roles (20-30hrs / 40hrs) with weekend rota (1 in 3 Saturdays) and shifts from 9am to 7pm.

You should be a hard-working team player, able to cope with emotive situations, with a friendly, approachable manner and previous client-facing experience. Basic computer skills and ideally appointment-booking systems; veterinary industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hard working team player able to cope in a fast-paced client facing role.
• Able to cope with emotive situations in a professional manner.
• Friendly approachable personality who can relate and bond with clients.
• Previous experience in a client facing role.
• Competent in using computer software including Microsoft; appointment booking systems preferred.
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred but not essential.
• Flexible to cover various shifts during opening hours; Saturdays on a rota'd basis.
