Role: Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Scotland (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

CRA Consulting is working with a highly regarded and growing personal injury practice in Scotland as they continue to expand their PI team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor at any level – from NQ through to experienced practitioners – who is passionate about client care and keen to join a progressive, well-resourced team where quality work and people genuinely matter.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a firm with strong values, modern systems, and a clear focus on rehabilitation‑led outcomes and client care, not just settlements. The role offers the chance to manage your own caseload of pursuer PI matters, covering both pre‑litigation and litigated work, with exposure to complex and serious injury claims alongside more straightforward cases.

What you’ll be doing
  • Running a caseload of pursuer personal injury claims end to end
  • Delivering exceptional client care to individuals at a challenging time in their lives
  • Meeting clients and expert witnesses
  • Analysing liability, causation and quantum
  • Drafting statements, pleadings and court documents
  • Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation
  • Driving cases to optimal settlement outcomes
  • Working within a task‑based case management system
  • Contributing to fee income and overall team performance
  • Supporting, mentoring and supervising junior team members (where appropriate)
  • Raising your profile through case reporting, articles and commentary
