You'll work closely with clients, guiding them through some of the most challenging times in their lives. From Multi-Track RTA, EL and PL cases to complex negotiations and trials, you'll be the trusted advisor who ensures justice is served and rehabilitation is prioritised.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a mixed caseload of predominantly multi-track personal injury claims from start to finish
  • Meet clients, take instructions and discuss funding arrangements (eg, CFA)
  • Advise on liability, quantum and causation, keeping clients informed every step of the way
  • Draft Schedules of Loss, pleadings and legal documents
  • Liaise with witnesses, police, insurers, HSE, experts, Counsel and rehab providers
  • Ensure early access to rehabilitation - because recovery starts now
  • Keep files compliant with audit and risk requirements
  • Travel to meet clients at home or in hospital when needed
About You:
  • You're a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEx) with at least 3 years' PQE
  • You have strong knowledge of personal injury law, practice and procedure
  • You're proactive, flexible and client focused
  • You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
  • You're willing to attend local and national BD events and conferences
