We are offering a role with a top-rated Brighton firm just 15 minutes from the station, focusing on complex, high-quality claimant cases while supporting work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of claimant matters while assisting senior lawyers on high-value and complex claims.
• Work on a varied mix of matters including serious injury, workplace accidents, medical negligence, fatal cases, and inquests, with the split between Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence tailored to your background and interests.
• Receive direct Partner mentoring, with clear progression routes and exposure to Human Rights Act claims.
