As aPersonal CareAssistant, you will provide vital support and assistance to our clients in their homes, ensuring they receive compassionate and professional care. Your role will significantly impact their comfort and well‑being.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well‑being.
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Compassionate, kind, and patient demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.
  • Current proof of immunizations and negative TB test.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a care team.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, especially in professional settings.
  • Ability to handle high‑pressure situations with a calm, professional attitude.

Shifts available: Part‑Time, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9A‑2P

Compensation: $18‑$20 per hour (depending on experience)
