Our Role: PA to CEO & Senior Leadership Team
Edinburgh Innovations are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful PA to provide exceptional support to our CEO, Senior Leadership Team and, at times, Chair of the EI Board. In this role, you’ll manage schedules and ensure the CEO and Senior Leadership Team’s time is focused on what matters most. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a balance of professionalism, positivity, discretion, and initiative to tasks. If you’re passionate about making an impact behind the scenes and excel at turning complexity into order, we’d love to meet you.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours or flexible working patterns. We also support hybrid working on a non-contractual basis, offering a blend of home and on-site working to help you balance work and life effectively.
The salary for this post is Grade 6 £32,873 to £39,233 per annum.
