Hand Picked Hotels is a collection of 21 luxury country houses and coastal retreats, each selected for their unique character. Located across the UK, from Scotland to the Channel Islands, these hotels offer stunning views and exceptional experiences. Founded in 2001 by Julia Hands MBE, the company values family, individuality, community, and care.

We are currently recruiting a PA to the Divisional Managing Directors due to new divisions within the company. This full-time role involves supporting the Divisional MDs with diary management, administration, communication, document preparation, travel arrangements, meeting prep, and special projects. The position is based at our central office in Sevenoaks, Kent, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

About The Role
  1. Provide comprehensive support to the Divisional MDs, including diary management, administration, and travel arrangements.
  2. Assist with projects and research to support their responsibilities.
  3. Coordinate with the EA to the Directors on planning and productivity for the leadership team.
  4. Manage diaries, prepare meetings with briefing notes, and coordinate follow-ups.
  5. Handle travel bookings, expenses, and related logistics.
  6. Conduct diary meetings, respond to invites, and organize meetings.
  7. Support meeting preparations, including information gathering, summarizing, and creating presentations.
About You
  1. Experience as a Personal Assistant in a dispersed workforce, ideally in hospitality, retail, or similar fields.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  6. Ability to synthesize information from various sources for executive audiences.
  7. Independent and team-oriented work approach.
  8. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
  9. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  10. Motivated to learn about the hotel industry and represent Hand Picked Hotels positively.
