We are seeking an Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive remote administrative and organizational support to the CEO of our e-commerce clothing company. The role involves streamlining workflow, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth operations in the dynamic online retail industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Calendar management: Efficiently handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings, considering time zones and urgent matters related to the e-commerce business.
  2. Email and correspondence: Monitor and respond to emails on the CEO’s behalf, addressing customer inquiries, partnership opportunities, and internal communications.
  3. Order fulfilment coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Inventory management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, coordinating restocking efforts, and updating the CEO on popular or out-of-stock items.
  5. Marketing support: Coordinate marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and collaborations, to drive online sales and brand awareness.
