Senior Recruitment Consultant at Vertex Associates - Specialising in Accounting and Finance recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join this growing education institute.

Main duties include:

  • Assisting the CFO with organisation, administration, and presentation of the CFO's office, and providing comprehensive administrative support for the wider team.
  • Managing office systems to ensure documents, records, and information are quickly, effectively, discreetly, and readily available through maintaining filing systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Maintaining an accurate diary of deliverables and deadlines to keep the team on schedule.
  • Contributing to drafting agendas, papers, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Providing additional administrative support to Senior Team Members, including diary management and action creation.

Requirements for success:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally, understanding of the finance environment (qualification or experience supporting a Finance Team member)
