The ECB is recruiting a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant & Accommodation Executive. You will support the Managing Director of Competitions & Major Events logistics, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the ECB and English cricket.

About The Role

YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing the diary and coordinating activities for the Managing Director – Competitions & Major Events.
- Organizing meetings, travel (domestic and overseas), logistics, and handling finance queries such as expenses, POs, invoices, and subscriptions.
- Supporting the Events Department in managing match day accommodation for 2025/2026.
- Assisting at meetings with tasks like taking minutes, arranging travel and accommodation, and other arrangements; providing support at events and conferences.
- Helping the Managing Director prepare for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026.
YOU’LL HAVE
- Experience as a personal or executive assistant.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and manage stressful situations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good project management and planning abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
