Location: Central London, Mayfair

We are delighted to be working with a high-profile property investment company that is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the Director of Operations.

This is a newly created role due to the growth of the private family business, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the role develops.

Their investments focus on real estate and managing a large charity foundation.

Position Summary:

As the Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Director of Operations.

You should have exceptional attention to detail, high standards of support, and the ability to build strong relationships, acting as a representative for the family office.

Our culture emphasizes teamwork, with no hierarchy—everyone contributes and works together.

Personal Assistant duties will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the family office
  • Managing complex, dynamic diaries and organizing meetings
  • Arranging international travel
  • Creating board presentations
  • Supporting and coordinating meetings
  • Liaising with family members, housekeeping, private travel agents, and other suppliers
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Event planning, including booking restaurants, dinners, and company or client events

Are you the right fit?

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably from property, real estate, or legal backgrounds
  • Personal qualities: assertive, fast, diplomatic, discreet, highly organized, dynamic, autonomous, responsible
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
  • Good judgment and tact in confidential situations, with experience interacting with senior management
  • Ability to handle diverse personalities
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, well-presented, respectful

This is an office-based role, five days a week, in Central London.
