About the Employer

A capable man in his 30's with autism and anxiety needs your support. Work involves mainly baking for his small business, reassuring him around his anxieties and taking him around town in the car. No help needed with personal hygiene and he has full capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and/or prompt with cooking/meal preparation and eating meals/drinks.
• Assist with household chores and general homemaking.
• Support with food shopping.
• Support to get to and from school/work/college/social activities.
• Develop a good and trusting one-to-one working relationship.

The individual's needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
