Personal Assistant (PA) to CEO
Location: Clayhill, Lyndhurst
Department: SLT
Hours & Working Pattern: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday; flexibility required to accommodate business demands.
Home working on some days.
Reporting to: CEO
Salary: Circa 40,000 (negotiable DOE)
We are delighted to announce a rare opportunity to join our team as the Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO.
This role provides high-level executive support to ensure the efficient management of the CEO's diary and activities across our multi-site, growing hotel group.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
It is essential that you have proven experience as a professional PA or EA.
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO's diary, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings, travel, and commitments.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, calls, and requests; prioritise and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate board meetings, senior leadership team (SLT) meetings, town hall meetings and follow up on action items.
- Provide support as required to the wider SLT.
- Track SLT & Hotel Director holiday.
- Acts as a key liaison and point of communication between the CEO, SLT, Hotel Directors, external partners, and stakeholders.
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and meeting schedules.
- Ensure all arrangements support efficiency and align with business objectives.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review correspondence, announcements, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Project & Event Support
- Assist with planning and executing corporate events, hotel openings, site visits, and SLT events.
- Conduct research and prepare insights or market summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Support special projects as required by the CEO.
Administrative Excellence
- Manage confidential information with the highest levels of discretion.
- Handle expenses, mileage, procurement requests, and executive office administration.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and document controls.
- Prepare invoices and external business correspondence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a PA, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in the hospitality, travel, or service industry preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
