The Role

As our Part‑Time Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Manage and grow your own permanent recruitment desk
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Handle the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, networking & referrals
  • Deliver exceptional service and promote the Ambitions brand in the local market
  • Work autonomously and take ownership of your results
