Job summary

Seetec is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) for the CFO Evolution programme based at HMP Guys Marsh / Poole Community on a long-term fixed-term contract through December 2028. You will conduct assessments, deliver tailored interventions and manage a caseload with emphasis on safeguarding.

You will work with custodial settings to reduce reoffending, provide motivational support, and coordinate with housing, health and services. Travel across the cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Carries out assessments and delivers tailored interventions.
• Manages a caseload with risk oversight and safeguarding of adults and children.
• Delivers one-to-one and group interventions to aid reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out effective assessments and tailored interventions.
• Manage caseload and coordinate risk oversight with safeguarding focus.
• Deliver both individual and group sessions to address barriers to reintegration.
• Prepare participants for release and smooth community transition.
• Travel regularly across the designated cluster for caseload and meetings.
• Collaborate with peer mentors, volunteers and services (housing, substance misuse, health care).
• Encourage applications from people with lived experience of criminal justice or related challenges.
