Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Peripatetic) for the CFO Evolution programme.

This long-term fixed-term contract (to December 2028) entails managing risk, delivering tailored interventions, and coordinating with mentors and housing/health services across custodial and community settings. You will conduct assessments, provide motivational support, and prepare participants for release, emphasising safeguarding and reintegration into the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Create and update individual action plans; deliver interventions.

• Safeguard adults and children; notify Probation Service of risk changes.
