Communities in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a fixed-term contract until December 2028. You will assess participants, deliver tailored interventions, manage a caseload, and work across custody and community settings to reduce reoffending and support reintegration.

The role requires regular travel across the South West cluster, strong safeguarding focus, and collaboration with peer mentors to connect participants with housing,

Formación

• Willingness to travel across the cluster/region to support caseloads in both custody and community settings.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with resilience and maintain engagement with participants.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities to meet targets and contractual obligations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication suitable for diverse stakeholders and participants.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including influencing where necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work, assessments, and create tailored action plans with interventions.
• Record input data accurately to meet contractual and administrative requirements.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
• Coordinate risk management with safeguarding of adults and children.
