Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. seeks a dedicated Support Worker for the CFO Evolution programme in Bournemouth. You will assess participants, deliver tailored interventions, and work to reduce reoffending while coordinating risk management and safeguarding across custodial and community settings.

The role involves travel across the cluster, delivering individual and group sessions, and supporting housing and health service links to aid reintegration. 37 hours weekly; closing date 16 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Willingness and flexibility to travel across the cluster/region and work in both community and custodial settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work, through the gate support, and create tailored action plans.
• Record input data accurately to meet contractual and administrative requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate risk management with safeguarding for adults and children.
• Travel regularly across the South West cluster for caseload management and meetings.
• Support participants with housing, substance misuse services, and health needs.
