Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. seeks a motivated Support Worker for the CFO Evolution programme at HMP Channings Wood. You will manage a caseload, deliver tailored interventions, and build relationships with custodial and community partners to reduce reoffending and support reintegration.

The role involves travel across the South West cluster, delivering one-to-one and group sessions, and coordinating risk management with safeguarding of adults and children in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel across the cluster/region and work in both custody and community settings.
• Ability to engage individuals with complex needs and disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Deliver pre-release work, through-the-gate support, and tailored action plans.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual and financial requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure safeguarding of adults and children and notify changes in risk to Probation Service.
• Lead or contribute to assessments and interventions to aid reintegration and reduce reoffending.
