Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) for the CFO Evolution programme on a long-term Fixed Term Contract until December 2028.

You will assess, intervene and build relationships with participants in custodial settings, while coordinating risk management and safeguarding across custody and community environments. The role involves delivering individual and group interventions, preparing participants for release and liaising with housing, substance misuse and health services.

Qualifications

• Willingness and flexibility to travel across the cluster/region and work in both community and custodial settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work/through the gate support, initial assessments and create tailored action plans.
• Deliver interventions one-to-one and in groups to motivate and engage participants.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure safeguarding of adults and children and notify changes in risk to Probation Service.
