Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a fixed-term contract until December 2028. You will assess participants, deliver tailored interventions, and manage risk with safeguarding for adults and children across custodial and community settings.

The role requires regular travel within the South West region, managing caseloads and liaising with peer mentors and services such as housing and health care. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience managing caseloads across custodial and community settings.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to report changes in risk.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the cluster/region.
• Excellent communication with participants, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver one-to-one and group interventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work, through the gate support, and create tailored action plans.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual and administrative requirements.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team performance.
