Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Custody Support Worker to join the CFO Evolution team. You will support a caseload of participants within a prison environment, guiding engagement from initial assessment through reintegration and beyond, with a focus on pre-release planning.

The role involves one-to-one sessions and group interventions, aligned to rehabilitation outcomes, with opportunities for graduates to gain sector experience in criminal justice and social care.

Qualifications

• IAG Level 3 qualification is desirable.
• Experience managing a caseload is desirable.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and sustain engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual performance targets and contribute towards meeting team performance targets in line with contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with volunteer mentors to manage caseload and connect participants with housing, substance use, health resources.
• Contribute to a learning environment where colleagues develop skills and share best practice.
• Ensure effective case management and risk safeguarding of adults and children, with timely notifications to Probation Service.
• Ensure all contractual targets are met.
