Our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Lead to join their team in Leeds. This is a key hire focused on leading paid social performance (particularly across Meta), while managing a small internal team and agency partners.

This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with strong executional skills.

Location: This role is based in Leeds. We are open to UK‑based candidates who can travel to Leeds approximately every two weeks. All travel expenses will be covered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimise paid social activity (primarily Meta), managing significant monthly budgets.
  • Manage and develop a team of creative strategists and external agencies to deliver high‑performing content at scale.
  • Oversee testing frameworks and creative iteration to identify and promote top‑performing ads.
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and guide budget allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on growth strategy while maintaining a hands‑on approach to campaign delivery.
  • Support team development, learning, and continual improvement within the growth function.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale within a high‑growth environment.
  • Comfortable being hands‑on with campaign management and performance optimisation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing agencies and / or creative teams.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn culture.
