A leading educational organization is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee multiple centres in the UK. This role focuses on driving growth and performance while leading and empowering Centre Managers. Candidates should have prior experience as Regional or Area Managers, along with strong analytical and coaching skills. This full-time position allows for a hybrid working model and offers competitive compensation of £50k-55k, along with various employee perks. As a Hypercare performance manager, you will focus on turning around performance of a smaller group of centres to allow for deep targeted support.
As an Accelerate performance manager, you will focus on centres which are performing near or at potential to unlock further growth across a larger group of centres.
Location: Hybrid - The role is field based and will require regular weekly travel to various centres across the UK combined with weekly working from home time.
Job Type: Both permanent and fixed term roles are available. Full time Monday - Friday.
Specific centre locations within your group will be confirmed at the start of your role but will be changed on a regular basis, based on performance achievement and priorities.
