About the Project and Company

We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our team based on our M3 Junction 9 Project in Winchester. You will support National Highway projects and the business, in the collection and collation of project and business performance data. You will produce and assist in the production of reports to the business and projects in line with business and project requirements.

VolkerFitzpatrick offers a range and depth of civil engineering, infrastructure and building services. We contribute to vital parts of the nation's life through projects of strategic importance, while delivering those less visible, yet essential, works required by both private and public sectors. We build, renew, maintain highways, airports, railway infrastructure, and commercial, industrial and educational buildings. VolkerFitzpatrick is under the umbrella of VolkerWessels UK which is a multidisciplinary contractor that delivers innovative engineering solutions across the civil engineering and construction sectors including rail, highways, airport, marine, energy, water, and environmental infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Experience within a Civil Engineering / Contracting environment.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work both on their own or as part of a team.
  • You will need to be computer literate and have a sound working knowledge of the latest Microsoft applications (especially Excel, PowerBi, Word, Forms and PowerAPPs).
  • You must have good organisation skills and be able to work in a methodical manner with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to prioritise your own workload.
  • You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to build strong working relationships internally and externally at all levels.
  • Support National Highway projects and the business, in the collection and collation of project and business performance data.
  • Produce and assist in the production of reports to the business and projects in line with business and project requirements.
