We’re looking for a dynamic People Transformation & Organisation Design Partner to help shape the future of our business. This is your chance to influence two major global programmes Finance Transformation and ERP Implementation – by designing operating models that set the standard for tomorrow, enabling workforce transitions, and embedding new ways of working that truly make an impact.
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of transformation, partnering with senior leaders and programme teams to bring clarity and confidence to complex change. You’ll lead the design of future structures and roles, create capability frameworks, and craft workforce plans that ensure we’re ready for what’s next. Your insight will guide decisions at the highest level, balancing strategic vision with practical delivery.
