Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is seeking a People Services Advisor for a hybrid role supporting employees and managers across the lifecycle. You will provide expert guidance on People policies, handle diverse queries, manage lifecycle activities, including contractual changes and visa-related processes, and help drive a positive employee experience.

You'll work with People, Payroll and business teams to ensure compliance, accurate records and continuous improvement within the People function.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/People Advisory or People Services role.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and People policies.
• Ability to manage complex queries and provide practical guidance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to employees and managers on People-related queries.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, leave requests, and visa-related processes.
• Handle complex cases, ensuring policies are applied consistently and compliantly.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll, and business teams to deliver an excellent service.
• Contribute to process improvements and People projects.
