Job summary

Radar Healthcare seeks a People Advisor to deliver a high-quality experience across the employee lifecycle. You will handle lifecycle cases, advise managers, and improve People processes with policy-based judgement.

You’ll support onboarding, promotions, resignations and data accuracy while upholding employment law and governance. This role offers hybrid working from Leeds with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employee lifecycle cases with judgement and advising managers within policy.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, policy governance and data protection.
• Experience using HRIS and people data to improve processes and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding end-to-end, including contract generation, pre-hire checks, system setup and induction planning.
• Advise on lifecycle changes (promotions, salary changes, transfers) within policy and update contracts.
• Perform full offboarding, including documentation, payroll and benefits cessation.
