Puig is seeking an HR Advisor on a 12-month maternity contract based in our London HQ. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with two days at home, supporting the UK team with ER casework, payroll liaison, onboarding, and manager training.

You will work with the People Services Team to deliver consistent HR processes, wellbeing initiatives, and staffing support while helping to maintain GDPR-compliant records and a positive employee experience across the business.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar HR role within a related industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee relations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Provide ER advice across absence, disciplinary, and flexible working.
• Manage ER cases with support from Senior HR Business Partner.
• Coordinate meetings and generate letters/paperwork in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent process delivery and employee experience.
• Maintain ER trackers and GDPR compliant documentation.
• Design and deliver HR fundamentals training for line managers.
• Handle HR inbox queries promptly and accurately.
• Track probation periods and support managers in performance management.
• Support onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes with People Services.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with shortlisting and interviews; attend fairs/assessment centres.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to reduce turnover.
