Job summary

RS Group is seeking a People Shared Services Adviser in Corby on a hybrid basis. You will support employees and managers across the lifecycle, advise on People policies, and handle a range of queries to ensure a positive employee experience.

This nine-month fixed term contract will involve collaborating with Payroll and business teams, driving process improvements, and maintaining accurate records with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/People Advisory or People Services role.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and People policies.
• Ability to manage complex queries and provide practical guidance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to employees and managers on People-related queries.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, leave requests, and visa-related processes.
• Handle complex cases, ensuring policies are applied consistently and compliantly.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll, and business teams to deliver an excellent service.
• Contribute to process improvements and People projects.
