Job summary

hireful is seeking a proactive People Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role delivers a professional HR advisory service across the organisation, partnering with managers to drive success.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent practical experience in a People/HR advisory role.
• Experience handling a broad spectrum of employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• High IT literacy and confidence using modern HR systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER cases and provide expert advice to managers.
• Lead on attendance management and support performance, capability and development plans.
• Support recruitment, retention, apprenticeship programmes and talent development.
• Contribute to People Strategy delivery and transformation projects.
• Partner with trade unions and senior leadership teams.
• Maintain HR data records and ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and equality standards.
