RS Group in Corby is seeking a People Services Advisor to support employees and managers across the lifecycle. You will provide expert advice on People policies, manage queries, and help deliver a positive employee experience while supporting continuous improvement within the People function.

The role covers advisory work, lifecycle activities (including changes, leave, and visa processes) and collaboration with Payroll and business teams to ensure compliant, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/People Advisory or People Services role.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and People policies.
• Ability to manage complex queries and provide practical guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to employees and managers on People-related queries.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including changes, leave requests, and visa processes.
• Handle complex cases, ensuring policies are applied consistently and compliantly.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support audit/compliance activities.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll and business teams to deliver an excellent service.
• Contribute to process improvements and People projects.
