Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a People Services Administrator to keep our HR processes running smoothly across the full colleague lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and managers, delivering accurate guidance within established processes and SLAs.

Formación

• Experience in HR administration or People Services.
• Ability to handle sensitive colleague data accurately.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of queries.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a seamless colleague experience by supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit.
• Own and resolve colleague and manager queries, providing clear, timely and accurate guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and system data, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Partner with Payroll, Employee Relations and People colleagues to deliver a joined-up service.
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements and initiatives that make our People Service even better.
