Job summary

Domino's franchise in London is seeking a hands-on HR, Compliance & HS Advisor to support store teams across multiple sites. The role combines practical HR guidance with compliance and health & safety responsibilities.

You will work with franchise leadership and store managers, handling recruitment, onboarding, absence, performance, disciplinary matters, investigations and confidential employee records. Experience in hospitality or retail and knowledge of UK employment law are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR, Compliance & HS role.
• A good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR, Compliance & HS best practice.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The confidence to advise and, when necessary, challenge managers.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• A practical, common-sense approach to solving problems.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Experience working across multiple sites would be a bonus.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, food service or a similar fast-paced environment would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical HR, Compliance & HS advice and support to our store managers.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Advising managers on absence, performance, conduct and disciplinary matters.
• Supporting investigations and employee relations processes.
• Ensuring employee records are accurate, up to date and confidential.
• Keeping our HR, Compliance & HS policies and procedures up to date.
• Carrying out regular HR, Compliance & HS checks across our stores.
• Supporting managers with HR, Compliance & HS training and best practice.
• Monitoring key HR, Compliance & HS information and identifying areas where we can improve.
• Helping ensure our stores remain compliant with relevant employment, company and operational requirements.
• Providing practical advice and guidance to managers when challenges arise.
